Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
At least 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting, with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex analytics projects.
In-depth knowledge of analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of big data technologies, data architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
Proven ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams. Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the strategic vision for the data analytics function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analytics.
Lead and manage a team of data analytics professionals, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the analytics team.
Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams, guiding decision-making processes with data-driven strategies.
Translate business problems into structured analytics solutions and oversee their execution.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Ensure that analytics projects provide measurable value and insights to the organization or clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their analytics needs and provide customized solutions.
Develop and enforce data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
Drive innovation in analytics methods, tools, and processes to enhance organizational capabilities.
