Role Overview
A Senior Technical Analytics Consultant is responsible for translating business objectives into scalable analytics solutions by combining expertise in data tracking, implementation, analysis, and strategic consulting. The role bridges business, product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure reliable data collection, actionable insights, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analytics Strategy & Consulting
  • Understand client/business objectives, KPI, and measurement needs
  • Develop analytics measurement frameworks and tracking strategies 
  • Ensure tracking quality and data accuracy across platforms
  • Translate business questions into measurable metrics and dashboards
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights
  • Align analytics initiatives with business growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk mitigation

2. Marketing & Performance Analytics
  • Support campaign tracking and attribution analysis
  • Improve marketing measurement reliability
  • Support audience and conversion optimization initiatives

3. Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead analytics projects end-to-end
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectation alignment
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and solution discussions
  • Present findings and recommendations to strategic/business teams
  • Ensure timely project delivery and documentation quality

4. Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Able to motivate themselves to learn new concepts quickly and in depth.

Core Skills & Competencies
Product Knowledge (Google products: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud Platform, etc)
  • Preferred to have background knowledge on Google products and/or able to grasp and learn new concepts quickly and in depth.
  • Preferred to have experience with digital marketing fields.

Technical Skills
GA4 implementation & analysis
  • GTM setup and debugging
  • Familiar with SQL / data querying
  • Web/app tracking architecture
  • Data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understanding of attribution and marketing analytics
  • Understanding of frontend/backend tracking flows

Strategic & Business Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
