Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Act as the primary technical counterpart to the client, working under the guidance of the Technical Analytics Consultant Manager to define scope and feasibility.
- Translate technical terms into clear, understandable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to diagnose client pain points and recommend tailored technical solutions.
- Support as the feedback loop between the market and the Technical Analytics team to refine product offerings based on real-world client needs.
- Able to draft email correspondence to clients, organize and service meetings, and coordinate schedules between internal team and client
- Able to collaborate with other team members or other divisions well.
Business Development:
- Support in high-impact, data-driven sales presentations and proposals.
- Support or lead client pitches and demo sessions with confidence, effectively communicating the value proposition of technical products.
- Support in negotiations, ensuring pricing strategies align with both client budgets and internal technical resource costs.
- Collaborate with the Manager or Scrum PIC to draft Statements of Work (SOWs) that protect the delivery team while meeting client expectations.
Client Management:
- Oversee the transition from sales to technical delivery, ensuring the Technical Analytics team has a clear understanding of client objectives.
- Monitor client usage and adoption health, proactively identifying areas where the client can unlock more value from the solution.
- Drive client retention and expansion (upselling/cross-selling).
- Manage technical escalations, solution-focused mediator between the client and the internal teams.
Interpersonal Skills & Client Engagement:
- Distinct ability to build genuine, relaxed, and long-term connections with clients.
- High EQ with the ability to switch between formal presentations and casual conversations.
- Engaging and flexible; able to "read the room" and adjust delivery on the fly.
- Approachable attitude that encourages open dialogue and partnership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience & Background:
- 3+ years in Client Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Technical Account Management.
- Background in technical, IT, data, engineering, digital marketing, or information systems is preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
- Skills: Strong deck building (such as using Google Docs), presentation, and negotiation skills
- Technical: Background knowledge on Google products (such as: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, etc) and/or able to grasp and learn new concepts quickly and in depth.
- Mindset: Solution-oriented, commercially aware, and personable.
