About the Role

We are looking for a Programmatic & Marketing Data Analyst who can combine data analysis with digital media buying, especially using Google DV360.

This role is WFH-friendly and will work closely with marketing and performance teams to analyze campaigns, optimize media performance, and turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze digital marketing campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, and other channels.
  • Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns using DV360.
  • Conduct audience, keyword, and campaign analysis to improve targeting and performance.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROI, and LTV.
  • Build reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Python/R, or BI tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for media spend and campaign optimization.
  • Work closely with marketing and business teams to support strategic decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Performance Marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills.
  • Familiar with Python/R and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and paid media.
  • Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, DMP).
  • Hands-on experience with Google DV360 or other DSPs.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and able to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Google Display & Video 360 certification or other programmatic certification is a plus.

Work Arrangement

WFH / Remote-friendly

The role will initially require working from the office to support onboarding, collaboration, and team integration. After the onboarding/adaptation period, there will be an opportunity to work from home (WFH), subject to performance and business needs.
